The Commission requests that your comments address your concerns on child support generally and not focus only on the specifics of your case. While your personal experience with the child support process will no doubt influence your opinion, the Commission cannot change the outcome in your specific case, only a judge can do that. For example, you may comment that you think child support amounts are too high or too low and, ideally, and state the reasons why you feel that way. Your input is valuable to the Child Support Commission and we look forward to reading your comments. If your comments concern a case with the Division of Child Support Services (DCSS), the state’s child support agency, please contact that agency at 844-694-2347 or visit: https://childsupport.georgia.gov. The Commission has no authority over that agency and cannot resolve your concerns.
